This position is a 2-year fixed-term contract

For context/background information: Since 2026, the strategic partnership between ALBA BERLIN and AMDG supports the development of AMDG’s basketball school in Jakarta across four main areas: designing and refining a comprehensive U3–U18 basketball curriculum based on ALBA’s coaching principles and methodology; supporting the recruitment of technical leadership and providing strategic guidance and quality oversight of coaching standards and program delivery; developing AMDG coaches through structured exchanges to Berlin, including practical coaching experience, mentoring, licensing workshops, and exposure to professional basketball.
