Wichtig

For this position, ALBA BERLIN acts solely as an intermediary for its strategic partner AMDG; the successful candidate will be employed directly by the Jakarta-based company, not by ALBA BERLIN. ALBA BERLIN will continue to support the supervision and monitoring of the partnership, including regular communication and reporting with the new hire.

This position is a 2-year fixed-term contract

For context/background information: Since 2026, the strategic partnership between ALBA BERLIN and AMDG supports the development of AMDG’s basketball school in Jakarta across four main areas: designing and refining a comprehensive U3–U18 basketball curriculum based on ALBA’s coaching principles and methodology; supporting the recruitment of technical leadership and providing strategic guidance and quality oversight of coaching standards and program delivery; developing AMDG coaches through structured exchanges to Berlin, including practical coaching experience, mentoring, licensing workshops, and exposure to professional basketball.
